  KANIAK
  
  John Kaniak, 73, Somerset, formerly of Boswell, died April 25, 1981.  Born
  June 9, 1907, in New York, N.Y., son of Benedict and Mary (Zida) Kaniak. 
  Preceded in death by parents, and five brothers: Rudy, Louie, Ben, Stanley
  and Joseph.  Survived by one sister: Mrs. Betty Randle, Chicago, Ill. 
  Member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boswell, where Mass of Christian
  Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Samuel Tomaselli. 
  Interment, Mt. Carmel Cemetery.  Friends received from 2-9 p.m. Monday at
  the Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where wake service will be
  held at 8 p.m. Monday.
