  Stella C. (Gaczol) Kaniak, 88, of Stonycreek Street, Boswell died Feb. 27,
  2002 at Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate.  Born Jan. 28, 1914 in Boswell. 
  Daughter of Stanley and Catherine Gaczol.  Preceded in death by parents,
  husband Ben, daughter Helen Pasciak, grandson Charles "Chuckie" Peltz. 
  Survived by daughter Marie T. Peltz of Alsip, Ill.; son Ben "Sonny" of
  Johnstown; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, two
  great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Katie married to Walter Bodziak of
  Detroit, Mich. and Lottie Gassol of Boswell.  Member of All Saints Catholic
  Parish.  Past employee of the former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory,
  Boswell.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the
  Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where vigil for the deceased
  will be held 2 p.m. Sunday.  Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Monday at All Saints
  Catholic Church, Boswell, Rev. Father Martin Breski, OFM Conv.,
  celebrant.  Committal, St. Stanislaus, Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers
  donations in Stella's name may be sent to the Arthritis Foundation, 17
  South 19th St., Camp Hill, Pa. 17011 or All Saint's Parish, Quemahoning
  Street, Boswell, Pa. 15531.
