  Charles Edward Karla, 56, of 1312 Stonycreek St., Boswell, died Nov. 16,
  1980, in Pittsburgh VA Medical Center.  Born Sept. 14, 1924, in Jenners,
  son of Adam and Marie (Laskowski) Karla.  Preceded in death by parents, two
  brothers, Henry and Robert.  Survived by widow, the former Margaret Revak. 
  Brother of Irene, wife of John Leiss, Geneva, N.Y.; Fred, married to former
  Mytle Rhodes, Boswell RD 2; Mildred, wife of Frank Karmarsyck, Rochester,
  N.Y.; Dorothy, wife of Doanld Lankey, Jenners.  Member of VFW.  Disabled
  army veteran of World War II.  Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and
  2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St.,
  Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Max
  DeArmey.  Interment, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Boswell.
