  Wilma C. Kaufman, 98, Patriot Manor, formerly of Rockwood, passed away May
  28, 1999, at the manor.  Born Sept. 16, 1900, in Confluence, a daughter of
  William and Emma (Glass) Bowman.  Preceded in death by parents; husband,
  Lemon Kaufman, brother, Arthur Bowman, sisters: Mary Burnworth and Bessie
  Daniels.  Beloved mother and grandmother of: William K., married to the
  late Dorothy Sanner, Fred M., married to Aase K. Gaarder, and Harold D.,
  married to Shirley Putman, all of Rockwood; Donald B., married to the late
  Betty Romesburg, and E. Charles, married to the late Alpha Enos, Somerset;
  Mrs. Arden (Doris) Yoder, Hollsopple; Ray L., married to Lillian Hay,
  Chambersburg; 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.  Member of St.
  Luke's Lutheran Church, Rockwood, and Rockwood Senior Citizens.  Friends
  will be received 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at
  Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood, where funeral service will be held at l l
  a.m. Tuesday, with Pastors George and Ardelle Mason and the Rev. Jay
  Christner officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Memorial
  contributions may be sent to St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Broadway, Rockwood.
