  Hilda Jane Kauten, 91, Frankfort, Ind., died Feb. 22, 2005, in her home. She
  was born May 29, 1913, in Westmoreland City, to Joseph and Naomi (Whitmore)
  Jones. On July 19, 1936, she married Henry Kauten, who died April 7, 2002. She
  is also preceded in death by her son, Donald W. Kauten; five sisters, Grace
  Jones, Emma Warner, Viola Densmore, Ellen Jonas and Georgine Stanfield; and one
  brother, Ephriam Jones. She is survived by one sister, Hazel Garlitz, Somerset;
  two grandchildren, Karin A. Jones, La Porte, Ind., and Douglas S. Kauten,
  Hanover Park, Ill.; daughter-in-law, Marci R. Kauten, Tempe, Ariz.; and four
  great-grandchildren. Kauten was employed as an order filler by Felt Products,
  Inc. in Skokie, Ill., until she retired in January, 1973. She was a member of
  the Grace United Methodist Church of Blue Island, Ill. She moved from Blue
  Island, Ill. to the Wesley Manor Retirement Community, Frankfort, Ind. in 1995.
  Arrangements are being handled by Genda Funeral Home, 608 N. Main St.,
  Frankfort, Ind. Visitation one hour prior to a memorial service to be held at 2
  p.m. March 12 at the Amanda Reid Memorial Chapel at Wesley Manor, 1555 N. Main
  St. The Rev. Don Weaver officiating. Memorial donations may be designated to
