Kauth, wife of Ezra L. Kauth, died Monday afternoon, Dec. 22, in her home at Lewisville, near Canton, O., after an illness of several months. Born at Meyersdale, Pa., 46 years ago, Mrs. Kauth had resided in Canton and Stark County the last 28 years. She attended Sunday School at First E.U.B. Church, Canton and was a member of the Auxiliary of Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. In addition to her husband, she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Paul K. Rebillot and Mrs. Vincent A. Perl of Massillon, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pyle; a sister, Mrs. John Erb, and a brother, LeRoy Pyle, all of Canton. Rev. G. B. Wetherbee conducted funeral services Wednesday at 3 pm., in the Schneeberger Funeral Home. Burial was made in Northlawn Cemetery, Canton. Miss Marian Saylor and Mrs. Jessica Robertson, cousin of Mrs. Kauth and Mrs. Carmen Carouse, an aunt, and daughter Betty, all of Meyersdale, attended the funeral services.
