  KEARNS
  
  George Edward Kearns, 71, of Somerset died Oct. 19, 2000 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born April 3, 1929 in Boston, Mass.  Son of Thomas and Mildred
  (DeCosta) Kearns.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived by wife the
  former Viola Irene Mace of Somerset to whom he was married 39 years;
  children: Mrs. Terry (Tammy) Anderson of St. John's Bay, Fla.; Ms.
  Georgianna Fillman of Mesquite, Texas; Danny E. Kearns of Mesquite, Texas;
  Randy M. Kearns of Somerset; Mrs. Barry (Margie) Moony, Old Hickory, Tenn.;
  and Mrs. M. Scott (Shannon) Guthrie, Friedens.  Eight grandchildren.  Member
  of the Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic.  Friends received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
  p.m. Sunday at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset.  Funeral service at 2
  p.m. Monday at Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic, Somerset, with the Bishop
  Irvin J. Knieriem officiating.  Viewing at the church from 1 p.m. until the
  time of service.  Interment, St. Johns Cemetery.
