A. D. KEEFER

  A. D. Keefer, aged 53, who conducted a furniture store in Somerset for many 
years, died Sunday night at his home in Somerset, following an illness of a 
complication of ailments lasting more than a year.  He is survived by his wife, 
Mrs. Sadie Ream Keefer; two sons, Charles H. and Donald W. Keefer, Somerset; his 
father, W. J. Keefer, Shanksville, and a sister, Mrs. Homer Weyand, Shanksville.  
Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the 
Keefer home by Rev. Dr. I Hess Wagner, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, 
followed by interment in the Husband Cemetery.
