  OWEN F. KEEGAN JR.
  
    Owen F. Keegan Jr., 61, died July 4, 1972, in Memorial Division Hospital,
  Wilmington, Del., after a lengthy illness.
    Born in Meyersdale, he was a son of the late Owen Francis and Bertha
  (Roderick) Keegan.
    He was a former resident of Elk Garden, W. Va., and recently moved to
  Wilmington, Del., from Frederick, Md., where he had resided about 20
  years.  He was a retired bookkeeper.
    Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Marcella B. Walker, Keyser, W. Va.;
  Mrs. Florence Jones and Miss Dorothy Keegan, Wilmington.
    Funeral service was held Friday morning in Holy Rosary Catholic Church in
  Claymont, Del., with interment in Wilmington.
