Keeler, 72, of 150 Oakwood Road, McMurray, died Ag. 29, 1978 in St. Clair Hospital. Born Sept. 8, 1906, the son of the late John B. and Sarah (Proper) Keeler. Survived by his wife Peggy (Phillippi) Keeler, formerly of Somerset, and one daughter, Sally Katheryn Lightholder of Upper St. Clair; one brother, Chester of Bethel Park; and three grandchildren. He was a retired regional superintendent for the U. S. Dept. of Agriculture, and member of McIlroy Lodge 78 F. and A.M. Syria Temple and the Scottish Rite of Pittsburgh. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Somerset Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Daily American, August 30, 1978 [K0183]
