Keim, 82, of Hollsopple RD 1, died Oct. 1, 1976, Siemon Nursing Home, Somerset. Born April 2, 1894, Jenner Township, son of Mahlon and Allameda (Rummel) Keim. Preceded in death by parents, two sisters, four brothers and two grandchildren. Survived by his wife, the former Rebecca Thomas, and these children: O. Glen, married to Marie Koontz; and Carman W., married to Florence Miller; both of Hollsopple RD 1; Charles W., married to Ruth Berkey, Davidsville; Helen, wife of Harold Blough, Boswell RD 1; Marion, wife of Owen Stevens, Hollsopple RD 2; Attorney Robert M., married to Shirley Sanner, Somerset; also 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. A brother of Mrs. Emma Dill and Mrs. Lillian Cook, both of the Church of the Brethren Home, Windber; Mary, wife of Ira Lohr, Davidsville; and Florence Kelm, Johnstown. He was a member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren for 61 years. Death breaks a marriage of 61 years. He was a retired farmer and retired miner of Hilman Coal and Coke Company, Jerome. Also member of Jerome Area Senior Citizens and UMW of A., Local 998, Tire Hill. Family will receive friends after 7 p.m. Saturday and after 12 noon Sunday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home, Davidsville, where prayer services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday followed by funeral services at 2 p.m., Maple Spring Church of the Brethren, with the Rev Carroll S.
