Born April 5, 1924, in Akron, Ohio, daughter of Gerald and Essie Ruth (Stratton) Garrison. Preceded in death by parents and husband, Robert O. Keim in Dec. 2002. Survived by son, Robert (Juli) Keim, Shelby, N.C.; daughters, Margaret "Peggy" (Dale) Wirick, West Liberty, Ohio; Patricia (Jeff) Boger, Basye, Va. grandsons, Jeffrey and Douglas Buchanan; Scott and Mark Boger, great-grandchildren, Keenan, Devon and Claire Buchanan. She worked as an accountant for the Akron Floors Company, Akron, Ohio. She was a member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Bayse, Va., graduate of Akron North High School, Attended University of Akron. Enjoyed playing bridge, doing counter cross stitch and loved her dogs, Jenny and Spooky. Dot and her husband enjoyed traveling and camping in their air stream travel trailer. Dot passed away surrounded by her loving family after a courageous fight with Parkinson's disease. She will be greatly missed by her loving family who rejoice in knowing Dot is now with her husband, parents and dogs. The Rev. Bill Nabors will conduct a graveside service on 1 p.m. Saturday at the Keim Family plot in Mount Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Boswell. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Humane Society, Green Hills Center, or First Lutheran Church in Bellefontaine.
