Keim, 88, Hollsopple, died Dec. 28, 2004, at Meadowview Nursing Center, Berlin. Born July 7, 1916, in Jenner Township, son of Clayton G. and Rebecca (Thomas) Keim. Preceded in death by parents and brother, Robert Keim. Survived by wife of 67 years, the former Marie Koontz and these children: Wanda, married to George Shreffler, Jerome; Karen, married to Robert Dieck, Enola; and Diane, married to Larry Gindlesperger, Hollsopple. Also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. Brother of Carman, Hollsopple; charles, Davidsville; Helen Weaver, Boswell; and Marion Stevens, Hollsopple. Also survived by sister-in-law, Shirley Keim, Somerset. Member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren. Retired from Sani-Dairy with 36 years of service. Owner and operator of school bus for Conemaugh Township School District. He is a World War II Army veteran with the 6th Armored Division where he earned a Bronze Star. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Roger L. Forry officiating. Interment Maple Spring Cemetery.
