Mrs. Henrietta (Hess) Keim, 4 West Salisbury, died in Meyersdale Community Hospital, Tuesday, Sept. 5. Born in Champion (Pa.) Aug 13, 1923, she was a daughter of William W. and Lelia (Kulp) Hess. She was assistant postmaster in West Salisbury, taught Sunday School for a number of years, was pastor's secretary of the Wilhelm charge, a member of the Women's Guild and the Altar Guild of St. Paul Wilhelm church. Surviving are her husband George Keim Jr.; a brother, Gilbert Hess, Melcroft; two sisters Mrs. Catherine Springer, Ligonier, and Mrs. Wilma Snyder, Champion; also a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Price Funeral Home this Thursday afternoon from 2-4, Thursday evening from 7-9:30, and from 2-4 on Friday afternoon. Funeral service will be held in Paul Wilhelm United Church of Christ, at 8:30 p.m., Friday, with Pastor Richard Harder officiating. There will be no viewing at the church. Burial will be made in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to the memorial fund of St. Paul United Church of Christ.
