  Rebecca "Becky" Keim, 104, of Laurel View Village, formerly of Hollsopple
  RD 1, died April 27, 1998, at Laurel View Village.  Born May 9, 1893, in
  Conemaugh Township.  She was the last surviving daughter of Jacob and
  Amanda (Stauffer) Thomas.  Preceded in death by son Robert M.; husband,
  Clayton G. Keim, who died in 1976.  Survived by these children: Glenn,
  married to the former Marie Koontz; Carman W., married to the former
  Florence Miller, both of Hollsopple; Charles W., married to the former Ruth
  Berkey, Davidsville; Helen, wife of Alfred Weaver, Boswell; Marian, wife of
  Owen Stevens, Hollsopple; daughter-in-law, Shirley (Sanner) Keim, Somerset;
  also 23 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and 15
  great-great-grandchildren.  She was a member of Maple Spring Church of the
  Brethren.  She was a schoolteacher in Jenner Township.  Family receiving
  friends from 2-9 p.m. Wednesday at George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc.,
  Davidsville.  Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Maple Spring
  Church of the Brethren, where remains will lie in state from 10 a.m. until
  time of service with Rev. Beverly Good officiating.  Interment, church
  cemetery.  Those who wish, please may make donations to Laurel View
  Village, Davidsville.
