All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/somerset/ ________________________________________________ ADALINE MAE KELLER Mrs. Adaline Mae Keller died in Allegheny Hospital in Pittsburgh at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, October 17 of cerebral hemorrhage. She had been ill for the past six months, but had been in the hospital only a short time before her death. Her husband, Warren D. Keller, preceded her in death in 1930. Mrs. Keller was born in Salisbury on May 30, 1871, daughter of Sarah A. (Smith) and Levi Lichliter, and was 76 years, 4 months and 18 days in age at her passing. Although Mrs. Keller lived a good part of her life in Salisbury, she also spent a number of years in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg. She was a lifelong member of the United Evangelical Church. She is survived by one son, Lee L. Keller of Turtle Creek, Pa.; by three sisters, Mrs. Emily C. Farner, Miss Edith Lichliter and Miss Elmira Lichliter; by two brothers, C. S. Lichliter and John C. Lichliter, Sr., all of Salisbury, and by two grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted in the Thomas Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, with Rev. Ira S. Monn, pastor of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed Church officiating. Interment in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in charge of mortician Stanley M. Thomas. Meyersdale Republican, October 23, 1947
