Keller, 81, of East Main Street, Somerset, died July 20 1975 at his residence. Born Aug. 9, 1893 in Mostoller, a son of the late Jacob and Elizabeth Wilt Keller. Also preceded in death by an infant son, two sisters and three brothers. Survived by his wife, the former Stella Kimmel and two children, Homer of Carlisle and Lois of Somerset; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Was brother of Charles F. of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Ida Shumaker of Somerset; Mrs. James (Emma) Will of Somerset RD 5; and Jacob of Port Orange, Fla. Was a member of the Mostoller United Methodist Church, World War I Barracks and the Stoystown American Legion for the past 56 years. Was a veteran of World War I and a retired employe of the U.S. Steel Corp. The death ended a marriage of 52 years. Friends are being received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. J. Westley Spahn officiating. Interment, Lambertsville Cemetery. Somerset American, July 21, 1975 [K0228]
