  Mrs. Ruth E. Keller, 48, Central City RD 1, died May 25, 1976, Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 8, 1927, in Central City, daughter of the
  late Elmer E. and Ida P. (Umberger) Bracken.  Preceded in death by a
  brother, Elmer D.  Survived by husband, Clarence R., and daughter, Roberta,
  wife of Frank Prosser, Warren, Ohio.  Sister of Betty, wife of Steve Marek,
  Johnstown; and Leona Rogers, Central City.  Friends received after 7 p.m.
  Thursday and after 2 p.m. Friday in the Charles E. Brumbaugh Funeral Home,
  Central City, where services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev.
  Woodrow J. Klinger officiating.  Interment, Glade Cemetery.
