  KELLEY
  
  Arthur E. Kelley, 80, of Eustis, Fla., died Nov. 14, 2001 in Fla.  Born in
  Rockwood, he was the son of John and Eva Kelley and the foster son of Lloyd
  and Elsie Crammer.  Survived by wife the former Dorothy Ogline; sons: Eldon
  Kelley, Devon Kelley; daughters: Marlene Ramey, Leann Davis; 12
  grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  He was a World War II veteran
  and moved to Florida in 1958.  Services will be held Monday at the United
  Methodist Church in Umatilla, Fla.  Arrangements by Beyers Funeral Home,
  Umatilla, Fla.  Interment in Glenn Haven Memorial Park in Maitland, Fla.
