  FRANK I. KELLEY
  
    Frank Ira Kelley, 82, Elton died June 28, 1979, at Windber Hospital. 
  Born Oct. 31, 1896 in Elton, son of Christian C. and Marilla (Horner)
  Kelley.
    He was preceded in death by parents; wife, former Florence McLucas; and
  sister, Mrs. Marie Knavel.
    He is survived by sister, Catherine, wife of George Ickes, Elton; and
  sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Eugene and Margaret Spiker, Elton.  Life
  member of Maple Grove Church of the Brethren, Salix.  Retired from
  Pennsylvania Railroad.
    Friends were received at the Homer J. George Funeral Home, Salix, where
  funeral service was held with the Rev. Richard Gillin.  Interment, Dunmeyer
  Cemetery.
