  HARPER E. KELLEY
  
    Harper E. Kelley, 71, Grantsville, Md. died March 26, 1979 in Sacred
  Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
    Born in Staunton, Va., he was a son of the late Andrew Kelley and Maude
  (Kelley) Kelley.
    He was a member of the Brethren Church.
    Surviving are his widow, Mary (Miller) Kelley; two sons, Cecil Kelley, 
  Timonium, Md.; William Kelley, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie
  Hitchins, Frostburg, Md.; Mrs. Patricia Otto, Grantsville; two brothers,
  Raymond Kelley and Carl Kelley, both of Staunton; three sisters, Mrs.
  Kathleen Pittsburger, Mrs. Myrtle Warner and Mrs. Jeanetta Woodzell, all of
  Staunton; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home where services were
  conducted with the Rev. William Ferguson officiating.  Interment,
  Grantsville Cemetery.
