Kelley, 59, of Mulberry Street, Baltimore, Md., died at his home. Born in Mt. Savage, Md., he was a son of the late Joseph L. and Mary D. (O'Baker) Kelley. A retired employee of the Social Security Administration, Baltimore, he was a Navy veteran of World War II. Surviving are three sons, Leonard D. Kelley, Jacksonville, Fla.; Joseph F. Kelley, with the Army in Germany, and Gary Kelley, Cumberland, Md.; three daughters, Mrs. Nancy L. Mattox, Jacksonville, Fla.; Mrs. Cindy Porter, Wellersburg, and Miss Christina Kelley, Cumberland; a brother, Donald Kelley, Cleveland, Texas, and seven grandchildren. A graveside service was held in Sunset Memorial Park, with the Rev. David Dorsch officiating. Scarpelli Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. The Republic, June 21, 1979 [K0249]
