  KELLEY
  
  Sergeant Patrick Ian Kelley, 22, stationed in Hanau, Germany formerly of
  Addison, died July 30, 2002 in Germany as a result of an accident.  Born
  May 14, 1980 in Uniontown, the son of Daniel H. and Patricia (Honse) Kelley
  of Addison.  Survived by parents, sisters Lori Rigby and husband Lee of
  Upper Marlboro, Md., and Beth Taylor and Bill Fairbanks of Farmington.  A
  1998 graduate of Turkeyfoot Valley High School, he was very proficient with
  musical instruments since age 11.  In August of 1998, Patrick, joined the
  United States Army with the aspiration of being a member of one of the
  Army's most elite groups, the Army Special Forces Operations Team.  He
  attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, S.C., and Advanced Individual
  Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.  Patrick also attended the Primary
  Leadership Development Course at his first duty assignment, Fort Bliss,
  Texas.  His awards include the Army Commendation Medal, two Army
  Achievement Medals with one oak leaf cluster, and one Army Good Conduct
  Medal.  Patrick's first tour of duty was at the U.S. Army MEDDAC,
  Heidelberg, with duty at the Mental Health Clinic, Hanau, Germany.  Friends
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Donald R.
  Crawford Funeral Home, Farmington.  Additional visitation will be held
  Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Addison, from 10 to 11 a.m. the
  hour of service. Rev. William Triebe officiating.  Interment will follow in
  Newbury Cemetery, Addison.  Full military honor will be accorded by Carlisle
  Military Barracks Honor Guard.
