Kelley, 92, formerly of 4th Ave., Hyndman, died June 11, 1993, at the Cumberland Nursing Home, Cumberland, Md. Born May 6, 1901, in Berlin, daughter of the late A.J. and Ada (Foust) Hillegas. Also preceded in death by husband, Norman "Mike" Kelley, who died July 22, 1966. Member of First United Church of Christ, Hyndman, and Bedford Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Was a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, McKinley Chapter 12, Cumberland. Former member of the Hyndman Grange, Senior Citizens and Rebekah Lodge. Survived by 2 daughters: Eleanor K. Solomon and husband, W. Edward of LaVale, Md., and Norma L. Hilton and husband, Fred, Washington, D.C.; one granddaughter, Elaine K. Solomon, LaVale, and one brother, Gerald Hillegas, Pittsburgh. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, where service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, with Rev. Ruth S. Kershner officiating.
