Kelly, 76, 252 Third St., Jerome, dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital, Johnstown, May 24. Born April 5, 1898, in Oak Ridge, Pa., son of Perry and Martha Moody Kelly. Preceded in death by parents, two brothers, William and Charles, and three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Wiles, Mrs. Gertrude Lease, and Mr. Fannie Kelly. Survived by widow, the former Mary Beatrice Snyder; and these sisters: Mrs. Rosetta Hilwig, East Brady; Mrs. Millie Henry, Rimersburg; Mrs. Jessie Lankar, Erie; and Mr. Ruth Kerr, Grove City. Retired employe of former Hillman Coal & Coke Co., Jerome, and former Byrd Coal Co., Tire Hill. Member of UMWA No. 998, Tire Hill. Veteran of World War I having served with U.S. Army. Friends were received Sunday and Monday at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Rev. George A. Clark officiating.
