  Eldred Peter Kelly, 64, Somerset RD 7, died July 13, 1980, Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Born Nov. 29,1915, in Markleton, a son of William and
  Mary Etta (Sanner) Kelly.  Preceded in death by a brother, David; an infant
  brother and sister; and an infant granddaughter.  Survived by his widow, the
  former Betty R. Swank; these children: Arbutus, wife of Donald Slickerman,
  Stoystown RD 3; Peter C., married to B. Jean Smith, Somerset; Audrey, wife
  of John Walker, and Betty Jane, wife of Edward Boyer, both of Somerset RD
  7; Connie, wife of Peter Lepley, Somerset RD 3; Robert J., married to
  Kathleen McManaman, Stanhope, N.J.; 20 grandchildren; and four
  great-grandchildren.  These brothers and sisters: Conrad and Mrs. Paul
  (Corrine) Howard of Somerset; Mrs. Eldon (Maude) Long, Reidsville, N.C.;
  Ralph, Ashtabula, Ohio; Jay of Hickory; Harold, of Owensboro, Ky.  He was
  retired from United States Steel, Johnstown, after 37 years of service. 
  Was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Somerset.  Served as
  treasurer and trustee of the church and was a member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge,
  Somerset.  Friends are being received after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Richard E.
  Hauger Funeral Home.  Services Wednesday 11 a.m. First United Methodist
  Church, Somerset, the Rev. John Cox and the Rev. N. Lynn Long.  Interment,
  Weller Cemetery.  I.O.O.F. services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the
  funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, family requests that memorial donations
  be made to the First United Methodist Church, Somerset.  Body will lie in
  state at the church from 10 a.m. until service time.
