  Franklin D. Kelly, Sr., 67, of Wilbur, died Nov. 17, 2003 at Memorial
  Medical Center.  Born Nov. 4, 1936 in Indiana County, son of Zelma (Pierce)
  Kelly of Indiana County and the late Homer Kelly.  Survived by his wife of
  44 years, the former Shirley Rivera; children: Franklin D. Jr. of
  Hooversville, Randy L., married to the former Angela Burkett of Wilbur,
  Tammy and friend Terry Shaffer of Quecreek and Tim, married to the former
  Dulce Morais of Mt. Airy, Md. and grandchildren:  Shawn Thompson;
  Elizabeth, Laura, Brett, and Collin Kelly, and Agata and Joa'o Machado. 
  Brother of Homer, Margorie Swartz, Kenneth, Dorothy Lanfrankie, Connie
  Swartz, Eugene and Marylyn Ernest.  Korean War Army Veteran.  Member of
  Hooversville V.F.W. and Quemahoning Rod and Gun Club.  He was an avid race
  fan and a devoted Democrat who loved to entertain his family, and
  friends.  Family will receive friends from noon until service at 1 p.m.
  Wednesday at Otterbein United Methodist Church, Wilbur.  Rev. Thomas V.
  Chacko officiating.  Interment Otterbein Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers
  contributions may be given to Otterbein U.M. Church, Stoystown, Pa.
  15563.  Arrangements by Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
