Edward Kelly, 86, of Dunlo, Pa., died March 30, 1985, at Lee Hospital, Johnstown. Born Oct. 23, 1898, in Runville (Centre County) Pa., son of John F. and Eliza Jane (Gates) Kelly. Preceded in death by parents; first wife, Lucinda Muriel McFarland; two brothers, four sisters, two half-brothers and one half-sister. Survived by his widow, the former Blanche (Wood) Brady; and these children: Lillian (Mrs. Raymond) Bell, Washington, Pa.; J. Dwight Kelly and Muriel (Mrs. Carl) Tuxill, both of Weedsport, N.Y.; E. Lee Kelly, Huntingdon; Helen (Mrs. Roy) Hess, Toledo, Ohio; Wilma (Mrs. Harold) Wright, Tucson, Az.; Ronald D. Kelly, Apple Creek, Ohio; and a stepdaughter, Joyce (Mrs. Donald) Adams, Murraysville; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren. Brother of Rhoda, Lafayette, Ind. He was formerly minister at the Casselman United Methodist Church. He retired in 1968 and moved to Dunlo, Pa. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the George Funeral Home in Salix. The body will be removed to lie in state at the Dunlo United Methodist Church Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Dr. Ferd Park, the Rev. Merile Leventry and the Rev. Donald Ciampa officiating. Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Family requests donations be made to the Dunlo United Methodist Church Building Fund.
