Kelly, 71, Struthers, Ohio, died Sunday, April 9, in South Side Hospital, Youngstown. Born March 27, 1896, in Cumberland, he was a son of John and Margaret Macallen Kelly. He was a general heater foreman of Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company for 40 years, retiring in 1961. He was a member of St. Nicholas Church, Struthers, and a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Elizabeth Lynch; two daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Garchar, Struthers, and Mrs. Mary Catherine Debelyak, Campbell, Ohio; two sons, John P., Austintown, Ohio, and Thomas, of Mt. Prospect, Ill.; also 11 grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Marie Devlin, Alexandria, Va.; Mrs. Veronica Hoffman, Charleston, W. Va.; Mrs. Cecelia O'Connor, Brookline; Kathleen and Bernard, Meyersdale; William J., Youngstown; and Charles, San Antonio, Texas. Funeral service was held April 12 in Struthers.
