Born Sept. 13, 1915, in Lincoln Township, the daughter of Elmer Elias and Jennie (Fisher) Hoffman. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Conrad Charles Kelly, who died Sept. 18, 1992; son, Elbert Blaine Kelly; grandchildren, Scott Watkins, Vickie Dwire Chabol, Mary Kelly Lehman, James Shaffer; great-grand-daughter, Anna Jane Meyers; sisters, Marian Walker and Rosie Ash; brothers, Elbert, Harrison, Clarence, Ralph, Elmer, Eugene and Cleo Hoffman. Survived by these children: Mrs. Lester (Freda) Watkins, Shanksville, Mrs. Harry (Minnie) Coleman, Sipesville, Mrs. Donald (Shirley) Dwire, Elwood E. Kelly, married to the former, Laura Menhorn, Paul B. Kelly, married to the former Wanda Stotler, all from Somerset, and Mrs. Paul (Cynthia) Sponaugle, Cumberland, Md. Also survived by 23 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Perry Hoffman, Rockwood, Kenneth Hoffman, Somerset, Paul Hoffman, Somerset; half sisters, Mrs. Donald (Ruby) Miller, Somerset, Mrs. Donald (Hazel) Weigley, Somerset; halfbrother, Roger Hoffman, Palmyra; stepmother, Mrs. Earl (June) Domer, Somerset. Member of the First United Methodist Church. She loved her family and children, enjoyed listening to gospel music and reading her Bible. She also enjoyed bus trips and spending time in her garden and baking cookies were her favorite. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Dr. Arthur J. Gotjen and Rev. Scott Ream officiating. Interment, Sipesville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Somerset "In Touch" Hospice, 1590 North Center Ave., Somerset, PA 15501.
