  Beulah F. Kemp, 67, of Confluence, Lower Turkeyfoot Township, died March
  24, 2000 at her home.  She was born April 16, 1932 in Confluence, a
  daughter of the late Harry D. and Margaret E. (Warrick) Hilliard.  Also
  preceded in death by her husband, Carl Lewis Kemp.  She is survived by two
  sons, Harry Edwin and his wife Tammy, and Scott E., and a daughter, Peggy
  Elaine Kemp, all of Confluence; sisters Elaine Hachman, Confluence, Joanna
  Hiles, Hyndman, Barbara Basinger, Mill Run, Dorothy Patterson, Houston,
  Texas, Glenda Fike, Vanderbilt, and Harriet Sue Shaffer, Lamont Furnace;
  and brothers, George Hilliard, of Genesee, Dale Hilliard of Confluence and
  David Hilliard of Mill Run, and sister-in-law Rita Mohney of Leander,
  Texas.  She was a member of Confluence VFW Post 7250 Ladies Auxiliary and
  Friends of the Handicapped of Bedford.  Friends will be received from 7-9
  p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence, where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
  Duane Riddle officiating.  Interment Jersey Cemetery.
