Born July 26, 1929, in Confluence, son of the late Robert E. and Ora (Liston) Kemp. Survived by his wife, Beulah (Hilliard) Kemp; two sons: Harry Edwin, married to Tammy Reckner Kemp, Confluence; and Scott E. Kemp, Everett; a daughter, Peggy Elaine Kemp, Confluence; also a sister, Rita Mohney, Leander, Texas; and nieces and nephews. Retired engineer of the CSX Railroad, a Korean War veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Hyndman V.F.W. Post 7375. Friends will be received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, today (Saturday) from 2-9 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., the hour of service, with the Rev. Ron Follett officiating.
