She was born Sept. 16, 1925, in Stewart Township, a daughter of Robert and Alice (Rugg) Harbaugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph W. Kemp. She is survived by her parents; two children: Mrs. Catherine Bisel, and Ralph William Jr., both of Confluence; two grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Esther Melia of Confluence; and Mrs. Marlene Schnatterly of Somerset; five brothers: Charles Harbaugh of Confluence; Oscar and Clifford, both of Somerset; James of Casselman; and Donald of Rockwood. She was a member of the Confluence VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Association. Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence where funeral services were held with the Rev. Arthur Gotjen officiating. Interment, Maple Summit Cemetery.
