  LAWRENCE W. KEMP
  
    Lawrence W. Kemp, 64, Confluence, died June 20 at his home.
    Born Aug. 2, 1901, in Bidwell, Pa., he was a son of Ross and Stella
  (Hall) Kemp.
    Mr. Kemp is survived by his wife Eunice (Smith) Kemp; four children;
  Larry Wade, in the service; Mrs. Eunice Wood, Irwin; Mrs. Grace Sheeley of
  Fla., and Mrs. Edith Waltman of Germany; and seven grandchildren.  He is
  also survived by four brothers and three sisters: Ira of Hyndman; Clyde,
  Arthur, Lehman, Mrs. Helen Bower and Mrs. Ann McClintock, all of
  Confluence; and Mrs. Gertrude Shipley of Appolo.
    Mr. Kemp was a veteran of World War II.
    Service was held June 24 at Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence with Rev.
  H. B. Rittenhouse officiating.  Interment was in Maple Summit Cemetery.
