  RAYMOND O. KEMP
  
    Raymond O. Kemp, 55, of Confluence died March 9 in Somerset Community
  Hospital.
    He was born Aug. 29, 1920 in Confluence.
    He was a son of the late Orville and Bertha Burnworth Kemp.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Elayne Beggs; a son, David of
  Ogden, Utah; a daughter, Rama at home; and the following brothers and
  sisters: Ira of Hyndman; Clyde and Arthur of Confluence; Mrs. Sidney
  McClintock of Confluence RD 3; Mrs. Floyd Bower, Confluence; Mrs. Gertrude
  Shipley of Arnold.
    He was preceded in death by one brother, Lawrence.
    He was a member of the Confluence United Methodist Church, Meyersdale
  Lodge No. 554 F and AM, Harrisburg Consistory, Syria Shrine, Uniontown
  Caravan No. 9; a veteran of WW II.
    Funeral services were held Friday at the Humbert Funeral Home in
  Confluence with the Rev. Arthur Gotjen officiating.  Interment, Somerset
  Memorial Park.
