  Richard G. Kemp, 64, Meyersdale, died Oct. 16, 1986, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 9, 1922, in Cumberland, Md., a son of the
  late George and Alice (Graves) Kemp.  He is survived by his widow, Marie
  Modispaw, and a son, Merle Modispaw, Elkridge, Md.; two grandchildren. 
  Brother of Vernon, Meyersdale.  He was a former employee of Pennsylvania
  Turnpike Commission and a retired PennDOT employee.  Member of Zion
  Lutheran Church and the Charles E. Kelly Post #112, American Legion. 
  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Saturday at the Leckemby Funeral Home
  where service will be Monday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Lloyd Wilson. 
  Interment, Union Cemetery.
