Kennell, 82, of Hyndman RD 1, died Thursday, June 14, 1990, at Cumberland (Md.) Memorial Hospital. Born Aug. 10, 1907, in Kennells Mills, he was the son of the late William B. and Effie (Lepley) Kennell. His wife, Pauline I. (Shroyer) Kennell, died March 19, 1990. He was also preceded in death by two sons, five brothers, four sisters and two grandchildren. He was a member of the Hyndman Senior Citizens. He had retired with 21 years of service with the Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Company near Cumberland, MD. He is survived by two sons, Robert E. Kennell, Fairhope; and Roy W. Kennell, Hyndman RD 1; four daughters, Mrs. Ruth E. Emerick, Mrs. Pauline L. Leister and Mrs. Evelyn S. Corley, all of Hyndman RD l; and Mrs. Ruby L. Moore, Lewes, Del.; one brother, Albert Kennell, Wellersburg; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, where services were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Ken L. Korns. Interment, Comps Cemetery. Pallbearers, all grandsons, were Leroy Emerick, Calvin Emerick, Terry Leister, Lorne Kennell, Dale Campbell and Richard Mihailovich. The Republic, June 21, 1990 [K0357]
