  ROSE E. KENNELL
  
    Rose E. Kennell, 86, a retired postmistress and manager of a general
  store in Wellersburg for many years, died June 13, 1984, at Frostburg, Md.,
  Community Hospital.
    She was born in Wellersburg April 22, 1898, and was a daughter of the
  late Albert Baker.  Her husband, John A. Kennell, died May 28, 1982.
    She was a member of the Wellersburg United Methodist Church.  Her only
  survivors are several nieces and nephews.
    Friends were received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman,
  where services were conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Allyn L.
  Ricketts.  Interment will be in Rest Lawn Memorial Gardens, LaVale, Md.
