  R.H. "Hank" Kennington Jr., 79, of Friedens RD 2, died March 1, 1994, in
  Somerset Hospital.  Born June 5, 1914, in Charlotte, N.C.  Son of the late
  Rev. Roache Hazel and Leila (Todd) Kennington Sr.  Also preceded by his
  wife, the former Gertrude Marguerite Barron, who died July 2, 1989; a son,
  Barron C. Kennington on Feb. 24, 1988; three brothers - Lloyd, Ralph and
  Cecil Kennington.  Survived by these children: R.H. "Kenny" Kennington III,
  married to the former Bonnie Fitzgerald, Friedens RD 2; Mrs. Glenn
  (Lorraine) Holt, Butler, Pa.; Mrs. Melvin "Fred" (Robin) Baker, Friedens RD
  2; Todd Z. Kennington, Friedens RD 2; Mrs. Jacqueline McCormick, Lumberton,
  N.C.; eight grandchildren.  Brother of Mrs. Charles (Edna) Glosson,
  Charlotte, N.C., and Mrs. Mary Cagle, Statesville, N.C.  Retired
  superintendent of New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., retiring in 1976 after
  10 years of service.  Former employee of Latrobe Construction Co. from
  1952-1966.  Member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Somerset.  Friends
  will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler
  Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, the
  Rev. Byron K. Myers and the Rev. Robert G. Doyle officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  Memorial contributions may be made to
  Calvary United Methodist Church or Somerset Meals on Wheels, 235 W. Church
  St., Somerset, Pa. 15501.
