  John Keri Jr., 72, Stoystown RD 2, died Feb. 4, 1995, at Conemaugh
  hospital.  Born July 25, 1922, in Shade Township, son of John Sr. and
  Julia (Shulany) Keri.  Preceded in death by parents and an infant
  brother, Joseph.  A devoted husband of the former Velma Krupper, for
  44 years.  Beloved father of Dr. Madeline M. Keri, Stoystown RD 2 and
  Bedford; Attorney Julianne M. Keri, Stoystown RD 2, and Jonette E.
  Keri, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.  Brother of Elizabeth
  McGregor, Deerfield Beach, Fla.; Daniel E., Stoystown RD 2, and
  Margaret Gentile, Windber.  Retired from Wilbur Coal Co. and A.F.
  DeAngelis Construction.  World War II Army veteran, having served
  with 817th Quartermaster Battalion.  Member of UMWA; Laborers
  District Council of Western Pa.; William Penn Association;
  Hooversville Game Protective Association; Quemahoning Rod and Gun
  Club; Hooversville Post 7565, VFW, and Robert P. Hite Post 257,
  American Legion, Stoystown.  Family and friends received Sunday at
  Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.  Mass of Christian burial will be
  held at 10 a.m. today at Holy Family Catholic Church, Hooversville,
  the Rev. Harold N. Biller.  Interment, Otterbein Cemetery, Wilbur.
