  Kathryn J. Kern, 75, of Glades Pike, Fairhope, died April 6, 1999, at
  Somerset Hospital.  She was born Feb. 29, 1924, in Pittsburgh. 
  Daughter of Harry and Jean (Allen) Boehm.  Preceded in death by
  parents and a grandson, Mark Myers.  Survived by her husband of 52
  years, Julius J., and these children: David Malas and wife Pat of
  Columbus, Ohio; Karen, married to John Myers, of Hinckley, Ohio, and
  Gus, married to former Linda Streich, of Fairhope; grandchildren:
  Kathryn Bueller, Daryl Malas, Beth Ross, Todd and Marci Myers and
  Renee Kern.  Also six great-grandchildren.  Member of Trinity
  Evangelical Lutheran Church, Glen Savage.  Family will receive
  friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home,
  Berlin.  Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Friday at
  Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Glen Savage, Rev. John F.
  Jenista officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  Memorial
  contributions may be given to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church,
  6301 Church Road, Fairhope, Pa. 15538.
