  KERSCHENSTEINER
  
  Frank Kerschensteiner, 85, of Warminster, Pa., and Jenners died Oct.
  3, 1997, at Somerset Hospital.  He was born Sept. 27, 1912, in
  Meyersdale, a son of the late Louis and Edith (Hersh)
  Kerschensteiner.  Preceded in death by his wife, the former Gertrude
  Leyfort in 1975; and sisters, Elizabeth Herwig and Nora Altmiller,
  and brothers, Carl and Harvey Kerschensteiner.  Survived by a close
  companion Mary Bowman of Jenners.  He was a retired coal miner and
  construction worker.  Friends will be received from 3 to 9 p.m.
  Sunday, at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where funeral
  service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Rev. Roger Forty
  officiating.  Interment, Laurel Cemetery, White Haven, Pa.
