Keslar, 93, Confluence, died Jan. 5, 2007, in Somerset Hospital. Born Aug. 17, 1913, in Addison Township, a daughter of Jacob and Laura (Frazee) Bluebaugh. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Elsie Meese, Twila Gillenberger and infant sister, Pauline; and brothers, Charles, Earl and Eugene Bluebaugh. Survived by her husband of 66 years, Clarence Keslar; daughter Rita Kahl and husband, Carl, Somerset; sons, J.D. and wife, Patty, Addison, and Bill and wife, Linda, Morgantown ,W.Va.; grandchildren, Shawn Keslar and fiancˇe, Lori Cress, Morganstown, Sharla Keslar, Maryland, Chris Keslar, Livermore, Calif., and Christina Keslar, Morgantown; great-grandchildren, Marissa, Miranda and J.P. Keslar; and a brother, Kenneth Bluebaugh, Somerset. Evelyn was a life member of the Harnedsville United Methodist Church, St. John's Lutheran Church of Addison's Tuesday workers and a former member of the Confluence Homemakers. She was a judge of elections in Addison Township for 30 years and graduated from Confluence High School. Friends were received Sunday, and will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the hour of service Monday, at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence. The Rev. Dane Cramer officiating. Interment in Somerset County Memorial Park.
