  KIEFFER
  
  Daniel J. Kieffer Jr., 58, of South Bend, Ind., died March 15, 1976,
  in South Bend.  Born Feb. 28, 1918, in Somerset, a son of the late
  Daniel J. and Nora (Zeigler) Kieffer.   Preceded in death by one
  brother and one sister.  Survived by widow, the former Irene Baer; a
  son, Daniel J. III of Muncie, Ind.; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Ann
  Lafferty of Valparaiso, Ind.; six grandchildren.  He was a member of
  the First Christian Church, Somerset.  Veteran of World War II. 
  Friends received 7-9 p.m. Thursday in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral
  Home, where services will be conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m., the Rev.
  Paul Weber officiating.  Interment, Husband Cemetery.
