  KIFER
  
  Calvin A. Kifer, 89, Somerset RD 3 (Gray) died July 1, 1977, at
  Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg.  He was born June 10, 1888, in
  Somerset, son of John and Rebecca (Miller) Kifer.  He was preceded in
  death by his first wife, the former Laura Baker; his second wife, the
  former Bertha Mann; a son, Raymond; two brothers, two sisters; and
  two stepchildren, William and Robert Foreman.  He was a member of
  Edie United Methodist Church.  Friends are being received at the
  Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where funeral services will be held
  Tuesday at 10 a.m., the Rev. Russel Hawk officiating.  Interment,
  Beam Cemetery.
