Born Aug. 19, 1934, in Meyersdale. Son of the late Charles Garfield and Margaret Naomi (Jones) Kimble. Survived by wife of 36 years, Marcella May Zimmerman, and daughter, Susan Lynn Kimble. Brother of Charles, St. Helen, Mich.; Kenneth and George, both of Meyersdale RD 3; Ronald and Evelyn Musser, both of Meyersdale RD 1; Mary Carter, Beaver Falls, and Margaret Zimmerman, Salisbury. Preceded in death by brothers David and James, infant brother Jerry and an infant sister. Member of St. Paul's (Wilhelm) United Church of Christ, Meyersdale RD 1, where he served as elder and currently serving as vice president of consistory and president of the Amity (Wilhelm) parish council. Member of the spiritual council and board of trustees. Treasurer of St. Paul's (Wilhelm) Cemetery Association. Served in the U.S. Army May 1955 to April 1957. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Leckemby Funeral Home. Service at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul's (Wilhelm) United Church of Christ, Rev. LaMar Bender officiating. Interment, St. Paul's Cemetery.
