  ALFRED E. KIMMEL 
  
    Alfred E. Kimmel, 84, of Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of
  South Rosina Ave., Somerset, died Nov. 19, 1982, at the nursing home.
    He was born April 5, 1898, in Meyersdale, son of the late William
  S. and Maggie (Ferrel) Kimmel.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Meda Virginia
  Mognet, two sisters
  and a brother.
    He is survived by two children: George D., of Friedens RD 2; and
  Mrs. Charles (Martha) Thomas of Greensburg; also by three
  grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    He was a brother of Mrs. Emma Von Moose of Somerset.  He was a
  member of Trinity Lutheran Church and a retired carpenter.
    Friends were received at the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where
  services were conducted with the Rev. H. James Meyers.  Interment,
  St. John's Cemetery.
