  KIMMEL
  
  Mrs. Bertha Kimmel, 83, of Berlin Home for the Aged, formerly of
  Stoystown, died Nov. 10, 1975 at the home.  Born Oct. 14, 1892 in
  Indiana County, a daughter of James and Annie (Ressler) Bowers. 
  Preceded in death by parents, husband, H. M. "Jigger" Kimmel in 1967,
  son, Earl, and five brothers.  Survived by son Robert H. of Gray, five
  grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. Mary Hare of
  Scalp Level.  Member of St. Pauls United Church of Christ in
  Stoystown.  Family received friends Monday evening at and will
  receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Charles R.
  Deaner Funeral Home in Stoystown where services will be conducted at
  1:30 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Richard H. Shellenberger
  officiating.  Interment, Oddfellows Cemetery in Stoystown.
