Kimmel, 85, of Jennerstown, died Feb. 3, 1987, at White Star residence, Jennerstown. Born Dec. 16, 1901, in Lincoln Township, daughter of the late Francis J. and Amanda (Yowler) Maust. Preceded in death by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three brothers, Harry, George, and John; sisters, Emma Skiles, Mary Knupp, Edith Hoffman and an infant sister. She was the last member of her immediate family. Survived by husband, Harry E. Kimmel of Jennerstown and these children; Mrs. Elmer G. (Ethel Mae) Bell, Danville, Ohio; Mrs. Roy E. (Pauline) Bell, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Fred B. (Dorothy) Nair, Mercersburg; Mrs. Joe W. (Betty) Nair, Rockville, Md.; Ray E., Somerset RD 7; Robert F., Hermitage, Pa.; William D., Greencastle, Pa.; Harry E. Jr., Sipesville; Mrs. William (Jean Ann) Whipkey, Clinton; 24 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. A life member of the Sipesville Church of the Brethren. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home. Service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Sipesville Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Tommy Brightwell officiating. Interment, Sipesville Cemetery. Family suggests contributions to the Sipesville Church of the Brethren.
