  KIMMEL
  
  Hilda R. Kimmel, 92, of Berlin, died June 24, 2003, at her
  residence.  Born Jan. 20, 1911 in Brothersvalley Township, she was
  the daughter of Frank and Edna (Suder) Flamm.  Preceded in death by
  her parents, husband Harold E. Kimmel with whom she shared her life
  with for 56 years, brother Henry Flamm, and sister Emma Pritts. 
  Survived by a son Ellis F., married to the former Donna L. Firestone;
  daughter, Edna Mae married to Robert A. Chappie, both of Berlin;
  grandchildren Richard and Jeffrey Kimmel, and Michael and Melissa
  Chappie; brother William Flamm, and brother-in-law Paul Pritts, both
  of Berlin.  Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin. 
  Enjoyed visits of family and friends, cooking, baking, and
  gardening.  Graduate of the former Berlin High School.  Family will
  receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Deaner
  Funeral Home, Berlin, where a service will be held at 10:30 a.m.
  Friday with Rev. James E. Hughes and Rev. Bryan G. Karchner
  officiating.  Memorial contributions may be sent to Trinity United
  Church of Christ, P.O. Box 86, Berlin, Pa. 15530, or to the charity
  of one's choice.
